Unit 24: Music Project

  Unit 24: Music Project We have been introduced to it for this unit 24 assignment, and during the preparation we will have opportunities to participate as a performer as well as other roles that are involved when preparing for a live concert or online performance. And, while we are completing the available sessions we have during our college lessons and participating to complete the requirements needed for our roles, we must record these meetings or lessons in any way we see fit. For example, I chose to keep the information from our lessons on blog spot, a software that allows me to complete my logbook for the entire process of preparing this performance from start to finish.  Evaluation: You've been invited to audition for a music degree programme at a university. You've been given 20 minutes to prepare a solo recital with at least three songs, which you'll perform in front of a small audience and the interview panel. The institution would want to witness a demonstration of your abilities in a variety of musical styles. You should also try to showcase a variety of your strongest abilities, but keep in mind the amount of time you have to prepare. Unit 15 Logbook and Research: Black History Month/Time Travel

Task 1 Black History Month Concert- Online logbook with research materials, meeting notes, weekly rehearsal notes, and evaluation. We were informed that we would be doing a concert to promote awareness and commemorate Black History Month. I immediately thought of songs sung by black singers since it felt more suitable because we are encouraging black artists and helping to bring greater recognition to their careers by singing one of their songs.  Unseen Sight (20 Minute Solo Recital) Artist Bio: My name is Kellie Figueiredo and I am a singer that is taking music performance at Coulsdon college, I have been singing since year 7 where I further developed the interest to continue singing as I participated many events such as festivals, concerts and Legacy youth Zone in order to gain experience and share the power of music to everyone. Event Program: I will be performing a solo recital which will consist 20 minutes and the on going theme throughout the performance is Conflict-ion of love and viewing the aftermath from beginning to end.
